  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 scoops unflavored Vital Proteins marine collagen
  • 2 tsp monk fruit
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • In a small bowl mix all the ingredients until well combined. Let batter rest for five minutes.
  • Pour batter onto hot waffle iron and cook. Repeat. Batter makes two big waffles.
  • Top off with berries, banana, coconut yogurt & flakes, cinnamon & maple syrup.
