Savory and Sweet for Breakfast

When you choose the right foods that are nutritious, balanced and serve you best, it can shift your entire day.
I tend to lean towards sweet most days and thrive at my best but today I went for both sweet and savory on grain and seed bread. See below for my toppings:
- Toast 1) tahini, hemp seeds, raspberry jam, honey and cinnamon.
- Toast 2) grass fed butter, one fried egg, broccoli sprouts & feta cheese
- plus fresh berries on the side
This breakfast plate is balanced with healthy fats, protein and carbs/fiber. Delish!
