Veggie Bowl with Roasted Salmon

Dressing:Serve about 41/2 avocado1/2 juice of lemonunsweetened almond milk or water.

salt & pepper

Blend all together, may need more liquid to get the desired consistency for the dressing.

Add roasted veggies and salmon to bowl with raw veggies. Drizzle the dressing and you’re good to go. I had a little leftover tzaziki sauce and topped on the salmon. Delish!!
